Getting Started

Finish the required setup first. Topilink requires a username, first name, and last name before you can post, message, follow, react, or explore the main app menus.

• Open Settings → Profile
• Pick a username (this is how people @-mention you)
• Confirm your first and last name
• Add an avatar, a short bio, and any links
• Choose Public (anyone can see your posts) or Private (approved followers only)

Topilink is organized around Topics. Posts live inside Topics, so you discover great content without needing to follow anyone first.

• Tap Topics in the bottom navigation
• Search for a subject you care about and tap Follow
• Tap the bell icon to mute notifications while keeping it in your feed

Posts are how you join the conversation. Pick the right Topic and your audience finds you on day one.

• Tap the + button in the bottom nav
• Pick the Topic where your post belongs
• Write your post and attach up to 4 photos
• Use @username to mention and #hashtag to tag

Show what you think and help good posts travel further.

• ❤️ Heart - show appreciation
• 💩 Poop - flag a bad take or disagree
• 💬 Comment - start a conversation
• 🔁 Repost - share as-is. ❝ Quote - share with your take

Take the conversation private with rich, controllable DMs.

• Open a profile and tap Message
• Send text, images, files, or voice notes
• Swipe a thread to pin or delete it
• Edit or delete a message within the available message window

The bell icon groups everything happening to you, prioritizing people who follow you back.

• Reactions, comments, follows, mentions
• New posts in Topics you follow
• Fine-tune everything under Settings → Notifications

Powerful safety tools so your experience always feels good.

• Block from a profile menu or Settings → Blocked accounts
• Mute any Topic to silence notifications without unfollowing
• Hide your posts from your own profile if you'd rather post quietly
• Report content via the ••• menu - every report is reviewed
