• Account details - email, username, first and last name, and password (stored hashed). Optional profile fields like avatar, bio, and links.
• Content you create - posts, comments, reactions, reposts, direct messages, and uploaded images.
• Usage data - device type, browser, IP address, and basic analytics needed to keep the service reliable and secure.
• Safety and moderation data - reports, violation points, account status, support tickets, and administrative actions.

• To provide core features (sign-in, posting, messaging, notifications).
• To keep Topilink safe - enforcing our Community Guidelines and preventing spam, abuse, and fraud.
• To send important service messages (security alerts, policy changes, account actions).

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with trusted infrastructure providers needed to operate the service (hosting, email delivery, error monitoring) - and when required by law.

• Edit or remove most profile information from Settings.
• Set your account to private to limit visibility.
• Request account deletion through Help & Support. Deletion removes or disconnects account records where practical, while limited records may be kept when needed for safety, legal, fraud-prevention, or dispute reasons.

We retain account data while your account is active. After deletion, we remove active profile and content records where practical, and keep only limited records needed for legal obligations, safety enforcement, fraud prevention, abuse investigations, or dispute resolution.

We use a small number of cookies and local storage entries to keep you signed in, remember your preferences (like theme), and protect against abuse. We don't use third-party advertising trackers in your feed.

Topilink is not directed to children under 13. If we learn we've collected data from a child under 13, we'll delete it.

We'll notify users in-app before material changes take effect. Continued use after the change means you accept the updated policy.
