• You're responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your password secure.
• Provide accurate information and don't impersonate other people, brands, or organizations.
• You must complete the required account setup - username, first name, and last name - before using core community features.

• You keep ownership of the content you post.
• You grant Topilink a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate the service.
• You're responsible for ensuring you have the right to share what you post.
• Content that violates our Community Guidelines may be removed and your account may be restricted.

• No scraping, automated abuse, or interfering with other users' access.
• No attempting to break security or reverse engineer the platform.
• No use of Topilink for illegal activity.

Topilink welcomes honest promotion by creators, freelancers, and small businesses, as long as posts are relevant to the Topic they appear in and follow our Community Guidelines. We reserve the right to remove deceptive, spammy, or unsafe promotional content.

You may request account deletion through Help & Support. We may suspend, disable, or delete accounts and related records that violate these terms, our Community Guidelines, safety requirements, or legal obligations.

Topilink is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that the service will always be available or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Topilink is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

We may update these terms. We'll notify users in-app before material changes take effect. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
